Nothing better than brunch with some of your favorite ladies to kick off the weekend. On Saturday, I met Lynn, Lily and Jenny at Pure Beverly Hills to sample the culinary creations of Michèle La Porta, who's brought her signature style from Rue de Passy, in the heart of the XVIème, in Paris, all the way to South Beverly Drive.
Our favorite dishes included: Chicky Chicken (with tarragon, deviled egg salad, light mayo, and lettuce on pumpernickel bread); Michèle's signature organic tea blends; vegan, agave-sweetened Chia Seed Puddings with toppings of your choice (granola, berries, or mango/banana); and Zucchini Spaghetti (raw, shredded, with cherry tomatoes, house basil pesto, parmesan, and olive oil).
